Section 79
Prohibition Of Serving Process In A False Manner
(1) No person
who is legally bound to serve, or cause to be served, a process shall
serve the process in a false manner.
(2) A person who commits the offence referred to in subsection
(1) shall be liable to a sentence of imprisonment for a term
not exceeding one year or a fine not exceeding ten thousand rupees
or both the sentences.
